So true Donna. Each person must have their own reason, and that reason must align with their deeper perspectives.
A person can change their behavior to please another, but inside they are not aligned with it, thus will have an internal conflict with it.
Thanks John! I remember one time when a company tried to instill a sales culture without engaging the heart of the followers. They went through the training with smiles, gave rave reviews, and then went back and did what they had always done. . .their hearts weren’t in it!
